Delivery and return/exchange conditions

Delivery terms:

Goods are delivered via Omniva post office

Free delivery valid from 65€ at any post office.

Delivery time:

  • 1 – 5 working days. (goods in stock)

If the Buyer does not accept the parcel from the courier or does not collect the parcel from the post office within the specified time limit, the parcel shall be returned to the Seller. The Customer shall be liable to reimburse the Seller for all direct losses incurred by the Seller in connection with the delivery and return of the consignment to the Seller, upon the Seller’s written request. Failure to collect the shipment without prior written, e-mail or telephone notification to the Seller shall be considered as abuse and the Seller may claim the cost of transportation. The buyer loses the option to pay in cash and will have to pay all future orders in advance by bank transfer.

If the parcel is not collected, the buyer must pay the shipping costs, even if free delivery was applied. Shipping costs are calculated both ways: 2x Omniva (price 2,75€) post offices. An administration fee of €2 applies.

Return/exchange conditions:

Within 14 working days from the date of delivery, you can: exchange the goods you have purchased at www.glajakids.lt for a different size, exchange for a different model, or get a refund for the goods.

Returning/exchanging goods:

  1. Returns/exchanges are possible if the product:
  • is unused, undamaged and has not lost its appearance;
  • is in the same condition as when the buyer received it;
  • is in its original packaging;
  • with the original labels removed;
  • a return form is available.

Important! The buyer pays for the transport of returned goods.

  1. To return an item, the buyer must inform the customer service department by email info@glajakids.lt
  • The following details must be provided: the customer’s name, the order number from which the return is to be made, the specific goods to be returned and the reasons for the return. This is a prerequisite for recovering money for returned goods.

  • Save your delivery receipt with the parcel number, which will tell you when your parcel will reach us and make it easier to find your parcel if it gets lost;
  • We take no responsibility for parcels that do not reach our warehouse.
  • the buyer pays the cost of transport when returning the goods.
  1. Parcels sent on condition that the recipient pays or not prepared in accordance with the above requirements will not be accepted by the Service Centre.
  2. For returned goods, the seller shall refund to the customer the full amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs.

5.1. If a product is returned in good quality but not complete as delivered to the Buyer, the Seller shall be entitled to forfeit €0.5 for each original package, label or other accessory.

  1. In the event of a return, a refund will be issued within 14 days of the date of receipt of the returned goods. In all cases, money for returned goods shall be paid only to the bank account specified by the payer on the return form, or to the account from which the goods were paid for.
